What kind of security do you employ?

Video surveillance cameras on all of property. Individually alarmed units. Unique electronic gate code for entry to facility.

What hours can I access my storage unit?

Anytime! 24/7 Electronic Gate Access

What if I do not make my payment?

If we do not receive payment by the 5th of the month, you will be locked out of the gate and a $20.00 late fee will be applied to your account.

What if I stop making payments?

After 30 days we will cut lock to see if still occupied, then we will start the auction process.

What is your refund policy?

Rental Agreements with Bonner Storage Station are on a month to month basis. All rents are due on the 1st day of each month. Only prepaid rent for months following vacate date will be made. These will be mailed from our business office to the last address as provided by the Tenant. Refunds may take 2-3 weeks.

Is there electricity in my unit and can I use it as my shop?

Select units are supplied with power and lighting. No outlets are provided within units.

Can I install shelving into my unit?

Free standing shelving units only please.
